Before your appointment, all hair must be fully detangled, clean, and stretched/blow-dried, unless we have discussed otherwise in advance. If your hair is not properly prepped, a Detangling & Prep Add-On will automatically be added to your service, if time allows. If there is not enough time to safely prep your hair without affecting other scheduled appointments, your appointment will need to be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
